The Physiological Basis of Learning & Kinesiology Training with Carla Hannaford, PhD. Experience: Integrated Brain Gym techniques in the past ten years of my thirteen years of teaching children in Hawaii.

Puppeteer: working with International Children's organizations, Libraries and Chindren's's Hospitals integrating the use of puppets to enhance learning for children and adults. Education: Instructional Workshops with International Puppeteer, Milky Way, and Waldorf Puppeteer, Pamela Celestine Perkins. Experience: Integrated the use of puppets with the education of children for thirteen years, as well as taught puppetry summer school classes to elementary children for three summers at Le Jardin Windward Academy.

University of Hawaii, Early Childhood Education Coach: Coached Early Childhood Educators in the Hawaii Head Start Preschool program, assisting them in applying a Montessori based curriculum as well as assisting them in meeting State E.C.E. standards/regulations and meeting Early Reading First Federal Grant Funding Program requirements. Coached Head Start Preschool teachers on Life/Career goals; the integration of the Learning Connections (Montessori based curriculum) with Hawaii Head Starts Creative Curriculum. Lead weekly meetings with Head Start teachers and managers as well as assisted in in-service training workshops. Oriented and trained two Early Childhood Education Apprentice Coaches.

Hawaii Visitor Education Consultant: Working with parents of children visiting Hawaii to create a well balanced and fun filled learning experience while visiting Hawaii. Hula Instructor: Using hula to enhance healing and education. Education: Loraine Brant's instruction for thirteen years. Experience: Instructed hula to Oahu public and private schools' staff and children for May Day and Hawaiian Studies related projects for thirteen years. Instructed hula to college students and orchestrated College of Notre Dame's May Day Performances for three years as CND's Hawaiian Club Intertainment Chairperson.
